Please note: This site is currently under construction as we migrate past work and resources into a permanent home.
During this transition, current and future updates are still being shared via our Les Racines Connectées Substack mailing list, where you can also access earlier writing and audio that will gradually be archived here.
Thank you for your patience as this space continues to take shape.
Le Collectif Racine
Decentralized by design. Regenerative by nature.
Le Collectif Racine is a nonprofit collective dedicated to cultivating regenerative systems that heal people, communities, and the living world. We work at the intersection of ecology, technology, creativity, and care — designing spaces, stories, and infrastructures that support resilience over extraction.
Why We Exist
Many of the systems that shape modern life are built for efficiency, growth, and control — often at the expense of human connection, ecological balance, and collective well-being. Le Collectif Racine exists to imagine and build alternatives.
We believe regeneration begins at the roots: in how we relate to land, to one another, and to the systems we create. Our work centers on slowness, accessibility, reciprocity, and shared stewardship — not scale for scale’s sake, but growth that nourishes.
What We’re Building
Le Collectif Racine is a living ecosystem composed of interconnected initiatives:
- The Living Sanctuary Series — place-based projects that explore how ecology, technology, and community can coexist in regenerative public spaces.
- Writings & Teachings — reflection, essays, and educational pieces rooted in lived experience and systems thinking.
- Audio & Storytelling — spoken narratives and conversations that honor voice, memory, and embodied knowledge.
- Creative Collaborations — partnerships that weave art, care, and ecological imagination into tangible offerings.
- Les Petites Racines — initiatives centered on children, learning, gentleness, and future generations.
A Living Practice
This site is the home of our work — a place to read, listen, learn, and return to. Some pages are still unfolding. Others carry the stories of what has already been planted.
We invite you to explore at your own pace and to grow alongside us as this collective continues to take root.
